Dr. Ucheoma Euna Udoha

Ucheoma Udoha holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria. She is the founder and CEO of Crispvision Ventures; an organization committed to reducing preventable blindness by providing quality, affordable, and accessible eye care solutions. She is a Fellow, Nigerian College of Optometrists.
She developed and produced eye test kits, a self eye test kit that is used to detect eye defects, correct far sightedness, and also monitor debilitating diseases like cataract, onchocerciasis and trachoma.
Her social impact work earned her to be named as one of the outstanding Young African Leaders in 2017, an initiative by Barrack Obama. She studied business and Entrepreneurship at University of Iowa in 2017 as a Mandela Washington Fellow. She is a USADF grant awardee, a 2018 Winner of Innovation showcase for World Innovation Summit for Health( WISH). She is a 2018 African Changemakers Fellow. Dr Udoha is blessed with a very supportive husband and three amiable children. She enjoys mentoring and interacting with people and in her spare time, likes to read books, surf the internet, and enjoy a happy hour with friends.
